Look at the work of Robert Clayton and his project ESTATE, consider the ideas that his project looks at, what it is like to live on an estate the everyday life and the interaction of normal people with the architecture. Consider returning to one of the estates and show more of the environment and the surrounding area.

Also look at the work of Tommyy Sussex and his project on a bristol estate that focused on the women that lived there.

Upload all images from the Andover and the interviews consider the two ideas
1) the architecture and the theory behind its design - Matt
2) The reality of living on an estate with a family - Kriss
juxtaposition between architectural theory and everyday reality

Write a questionnaire to ask residents, so you have consistency for each person you photograph.
Think about your final presentation in a book form and/or text to be overlaid on top of images.

Upload all of the work taken over half term and start to put together the different sets of portraits. Alongside the images where possible write down the stories of the people. If this is only Richard at the moment thats fine but consider the idea of putting across a whole experience of what it is like to live on the estates. As well as this start to research the history behind the different places you have photographed up to now what was the ideas behind them and maybe original shots of the locations. Look also at the work of former student and how she has presented her weebly and the concepts ideas that she looked at.
Andover shot people and the location.

Continue the theme of globalisation through photographing over crowding within cites, estates and other government solutions to overcrowding. These images in turn could be worked on in the style of Gursky and lyon. Multiple and made to look even more densely populated.

Consider how you want to progress the final development.
1) blurred seas of people without recognisable architecture in the shot More about the movement feeling and colour of the crowd
2) Bring in clear architectural structures in the frame to give the crowd balance.

1) Titerenko response consider the idea of photographing crowds in the day but as well as showing large crowds consider the idea of isolation and contrast as shown in pictures below
2) Impressions of a city London photographed at night but the emphasis of the pictures is to capture a more abstract interpretation of the place. This has been done by photographing colour and also by moving the camera.See images below
3) Brutalist structure continued looking at the national theatre and also
Brunswick centre (Russell square) IOE (Russell square) Soas/UCL (Russell square) potential to look at contrast and focus on shape of the buildings close up and far awat
